Liz was born and raised in rural Indiana on a farm where her pet Pygmy goats, who definitely thought they were dogs, shaped her love of animals from a young age. She even taught the goats to walk on a leash! 

Liz has lived in NYC since 2018 and graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in 2020. 

During the pandemic she began walking dogs on the UWS. From there she realized a passion for creating human-dog bonds and giving our dogs the happiest life they can have! She completed the apprenticeship at Amanda Gagnon Dog Training in 2023. 

She has been a full time trainer since 2023 and has a special interest in dog sports and creating accessible ways for everyone to benefit from the joy, fun, and bond dog sports create! Come check out her specialty and more importantly FUN group classes. 

Liz is certified by the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers.
