Coralys Guzman is a dedicated animal care professional with over a decade of experience working with dogs, cats, birds and other critters. Raised in the Bronx, she began her journey at animal shelters and rescue organizations, where she developed a deep passion for canine behavior and positive reinforcement training.

Her career has included roles such as Canine Behavior Specialist at Animal Care Centers of NYC and Integrated Care Assistant at the ASPCA, where she specialized in behavior modification, enrichment, and compassionate care for animals in need.

Coralys began her time at Amanda Gagnon Dog Training as an apprentice. She is proud to now be part of Amanda Gagnon’s training team, helping dogs and their families thrive. Coralys is certified by the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers.

Outside of work, Coralys finds joy in playing with her conures, tending to her plants, and expanding her knowledge through books on animal behavior and training.
